Each year, hundreds of educators and advocates from all over the country descend on the Washington area for The Education Trust’s national conference.  While they come from different places—from cities, towns, and suburbs and from schools and districts big and small--they come for the same things: smart ideas, bold strategies, and pure inspiration. Never before have these things been more important for educators than now. 

So we are ramping up to make the 2009 conference our best yet. We’re packing three crisp November days with the most powerful gap-closing evidence, the most robust and proven strategies, and the most ground-shaking change agents in education.
