Assistant Director of Higher Education |
Reporting to the Director of Higher Education at The Education Trust, the Assistant Director will play a lead role in the data analysis and reporting work of the Higher Education team. A key responsibility will be the coordination and interpretation of the data collected yearly through the Access to Success Initiative (A2S), an ambitious, innovative effort to advance the equity agenda in colleges and universities in the public realm. A2S is a joint project of The Education Trust and the National Association of System Heads. The A2S data work will serve as a foundation and benchmark of state university system efforts to improve both policy and practice to increase the access and success of low-income students and students of color. The Education Trust internship program is for individuals who believe that ALL students can achieve at high levels and want to work as part of a team committed to that goal. The program is designed for undergraduates, recent graduates and graduate students who are capable of doing staff-level work under minimal supervision. Interns are treated as members of the staff and are expected to perform a wide variety of tasks. (more)

Senior Practice Associate |
Reporting to the Associate Director of PK-12 for School & District Assistance, the Senior Practice Associate will have the opportunity to work directly on issues of significance across the landscape of professional practice in local and district schooling. The work includes active engagement with school teachers, counselors, administrators, researchers, and community leaders. The Senior Associate will help to ensure critical examination of standards, curriculum, policy, and the trajectory toward college and career readiness. (more)
